This increases the stress you feel and exacerbates the effect on your body. Breathing consciously is a habit that has proven to be elusive unless we take time to focus on changing the default habits we have become accustomed to in this age of fast-moving, multi-tasking, hard-driving, achievement-oriented living.When told to take a deep breath, many people complain that they just don’t remember to breathe consciously. At the end of the day, you might slap your forehead and say, “Sheesh, I forgot to increase my deep breathing today!” That’s where “BREATHE YOUR LIFE” comes in.It only takes a few weeks of practicing a behavior before it begins to show up as a result. The amazing thing is that an increase in conscious breathing will increase your oxygenation which will energize you, increase the strength of your muscles, and generally increase your sense of well-being. You can set the reminder to play for any length of time at intervals of your choosing, and with the background of a harp or a guitar.
