Take a deep breathe and relax. Aim your attention towards the sunlight in the middle of the thorax/chest. Make sure to hold a strong and steady focus on the light throughout the entire sequence. It will automatically repeat itself, all you have to do is sit back and watch. When you feel ready you can start by touching your screen and pressing the play icon. Watch the sequence at least three times!
