Unlike other calorie tracking apps that contain ridiculous numbers of unnecessary features, Calorie Log was purposely designed for simplicity. Here's how it works:
Calorie Log contains a foods list, a drinks list, an exercises list, and the actual calorie log. Each food, drink, and exercise in the lists consists of a name, a calorie count, and a + button. Tap the + button and the item will be added to the calorie log. It's that simple.
Like any good calorie tracking app, Calorie Log also allows you to set a daily calorie limit. The number of calories you are below, or above, the daily calorie limit is displayed in the log. The daily calorie limit is also used to "gray out" items in the foods and drinks lists if consuming them would put you over the limit.
