Having a training app on your mobile device is the perfect way to do this. Mobile Coach is designed to be an easy to use tool for anyone who wishes to track their exercising activity. You do not have to be a hard core athlete to understand and use the basic features of Mobile Coach. If you are in training for a marathon, road race or cycling event then there are data points you can track that will allow you to fine tune your level of fitness. The current version of Mobile Coach is for Runners, Walkers, Cyclists, and anyone who frequents a gym to lift weights and use Cardio Machines (Treadmills, Elliptical trainers, and Lifecycles). To give you visibility into your activity level over time Mobile Coach provides reports that show your workouts for: the current week, the current month, and the current year. Additionally there are reports for showing totals that allow for the tracking of mileage by date range.
