The "SEEB" app synchronizes the data of the incoming consignments with a barcode (letters and parcels from Swiss Post) that were previously recorded in the web app of the same name, with the mobile device (smartphone or tablet). The consignment data that is already present is displayed and can be added as well. The core feature is the electronic recording of the consignment recipient's signature.
It is now possible to use the mobile end device to set the status «Note notification» (status extension in «Delivery»: selection fields «Note notification» and «Notified» have been supplemented.)
This allows a location-independent, mobile distribution of consignments and a clear enhancement of internal delivery. All recorded and supplemented data is transmitted back to the SEEB app via synchronization.
Access to the service must be activated beforehand by Swiss Post.
