Here is a fantastic app for anyone who likes to lift heavy things. This tool will incrementally warm you up for the Squat, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Deadlift, and Power Clean.
To properly use this app, you need to know what weight you will be working with for your Main Sets. Enter that weight into the white block of the appropriate exercise. Press the "Calculate Sets" button, and all of your warm-up sets will be automatically generated. Just follow along, get your lift on, and adjust as you get stronger.
