Breath\stroke can be used as a tool for practising breathing exercises, or just be something to fiddle with when you are feeling tense.
Move your finger up and down the screen in time with your breathing.
-In timer mode, the app will count the number of breaths you took in a minute.
-In responsive mode and handsfree mode, the gradient on the screen will display when to take in-breaths and out-breaths.
-In responsive mode, display adjusts to keep time with your breathing.
-Set the length of time for the in-breath and out-breath (only available in full version)
